We are very lucky to have two independently operated markets in Stroud.

The multi-award-winning Stroud Farmers' Market is well known as one of the biggest, busiest and most popular farmers' market in the UK. It runs every Saturday 9am - 2pm in the Cornhill Market Place & surrounding streets, GL5 2HH. While you're at the market, visit the popular Farmers' Market Information Stall, where you can pick up seasonal recipe sheets, more information about farmers' markets nationwide and enter a monthly competition to win a bag of farmers' market goodies.

The Shambles Market is centrally located in one of the oldest areas of Stroud, at the top of the pedestrianised High Street, in the shadow of Stroud's St Laurence Church, GL5 1AP. The Shambles is a wonderfully atmospheric place to visit at any time, but on market days it is transformed into a thriving, busy area. Indoor and outdoor stalls; it runs every Friday & Saturday 8am - 4pm.
