Committee minutes

The minutes of each committee meeting are reviewed and accepted at meetings of full Council which are held eight times a year. Notices of meetings are posted in our office window, on parish notice boards and in the council meetings section of our website.

Attending meetings

Members of the public are welcome to attend any Council or Committee meetings. At all meetings there is an opportunity for questions to be asked.

There may occasionally be times when it is necessary to exclude the public and press from meetings, but only when confidential issues need to be discussed, for example legal, staffing or commercially sensitive matters.

The Council office has step-free access and a hearing loop is available.
