Allotments

The allotments at Stratford Road.

Stroud Town Council owns five allotment sites spread around the parish.

They provide over 200 plots for the benefit of the residents of Stroud Town.

Each site is managed by an individual plot holder association, giving plot holders greater control over their facilities.

It is up to the committees of each association to allocate plots and to manage rents and sites.

The council has an oversight role and invests in capital improvements and major repairs to the sites on an annual basis as part of its budget process.
