Stroud Town Council requires a contract project manager to manage the refurbishment and maintenance of its properties.
The Council owns two listed properties:
• Lansdown Hall (community hall and art gallery)
• Thanet House (council offices and two flats)
and also manages 25 green spaces: parks, playing fields, allotments, churchyards and a cemetery, many of which have built elements. The Council is also currently in discussion with Stroud District Council on the possibility of transferring responsibility for additional properties.
Interested candidates are requested to submit a pre-qualification questionnaire by 2nd May 2017, following which shortlisted candidates will be requested to submit a tender.
